Peace of Mind

Our Home Watch will offer you a peace of mind knowing you have a trusted professional conducting scheduled inspections of your home while you are away. You will be sent a detailed report with photos of your residence that is easy to understand. We will do more than note and report an issue. In the event of any needed repairs, you will be promptly contacted with what the issue is and recommendations on correcting the issue. We will attempt to connect you with a trusted vendor and you can take advantage of our concierge / key holder service for us to meet them and let them in to correct your issue.

We find what your security system won’t see and your neighbors or friends do not check.

Our Services

    • Check security of all doors and windows

    • Check exterior of home for bugs or signs of animal intrusion

    • Check front & back of your home for landscaping issues

    • Check security of all doors and windows

    • Ensure trash receptacles are placed out for emptying and returned to storage location the next day.

    • Inspect pool/hot tubs as necessary to ensure maintenance is being conducted regularly.

    • Retrieve mail and forward as desired (Additional fee for forwarding services)Description text goes here

    • Inspect interior of home for signs of bugs or animal intrusion

    • Check thermostat setting and functioning

    • Place up to 5 water buckets throughout house and refill as needed

    • Water up to 5 indoor plants, we cannot guarantee health of plants

    • Run all faucets checking for leaks

    • Flush all toilets checking for leaks.

    • Run Dishwasher

    • Run Garbage disposal

    • Run washer/dryer

    • Unplug all appliances owner wants unplugged

    • Check garage for security

    • Lock or unplug garage door

    • Check water heater for leaks

    • Turn off or unplug water heater as necessary

    • Check water softener for leaks

    • Attach vehicle to trickle charger to maintain battery

    • Turn off main water supply to house

    • Other services as needed or arranged
