As a retired Navy Veteran of 24 years and being deployed multiple times, I have experienced the need to have someone reliable check on my home both inside and out. I have personnally experienced what happens when a home is not checked. While away for a 3 month deployment, I had a ‘friend’ checking my house weekly. When I returned home, I discovered not only had he not checked my home, but that a pipe in my bathroom had gotten a pinhole leak and was spraying water all over the bathroom and had even eaten through the drywall between rooms. The entire flooring of the house was ruined, there were mold issues and structural repairs that needed to be done.
After moving back to Arizona in 2014 and watching houses for friends, neighbors and relatives for years I decided to start my own business. I became certified and accredited in 2020 and have been providing excellent professional services since then.
